    HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED?

    Expect 3–5 hours of focused work per week on top of our sessions. If you can't commit that, save your application for later. I'd rather you come in ready than come in overcommitted.

    WHAT IF I'M NOT IN THE UAE?

    Most of my mentees aren't. Calls are on Zoom. I've worked with founders in Riyadh, Beirut, Karachi, Sydney, Toronto, and London. Location doesn't matter. Time zones do.

    DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

    No. The selection process exists so neither of us gets refund conversations. If you're not ready, you won't be accepted. If you're accepted, you're in.

    DO YOU TAKE EQUITY?

    Occasionally. For a handful of operators each year I trade the cash program for a small equity position. If that's a better fit, say so on the application.

    WHAT'S THE COMMITMENT LENGTH?

    12 weeks structured. Most mentees renew for another 12. Some stay on indefinitely. We'll decide together at the end of the first term.
